New stricter routines for member companies in the event of non-registration of payroll data in Lösen 1, the Construction Agreement

An agreement applies between the Swedish Construction Federation and the Swedish Building Workers’ Union (Byggnads) since 2011 on the obligation of employers bound by construction agreements to register review documentation for time wages through the digital tool Lösen 1 (https://www.bygglosen.se/). The parties use the data, inter alia, for the production of wage statistics for the Construction Agreement’s different geographically divided wage areas.

New collective agreement signed – in the Road and Rail agreement`s area

The Swedish Construction Federation and the Swedish Union for Service and Communications Employees (Seko) have reached a collective agreement with a duration of 29 months for the period 1 December 2020 up to and including 30 April 2023.

New rules for posting that entered into force on 30 July 2020
