Company information new vocational training agreement 2020
A new vocational training agreement enters into force in 2020 within building and construction. The new agreement shall provide quality-assured basic training regardless of the form of training and simplified routines. The first two-three years in the trade after the basic training shall be adapted to the company and the wage development for apprentices during the period until occupational certificate is simplified into a few steps.

2018 Green Circular qualifying-day
On 1 January 2019, changes in the qualifying period rules in the Sick Pay Act (1991:1047) will enter into force. The changes that have been made in the law are that the qualifying period rules have been changed in such a way that the qualifying day is replaced by a qualifying deduction. The changes aim to make the socalled deductible in the Sick Pay Act fairer.
